CBD Balm Usage

Recommended CBD Balm Dosages

If you’re looking to try out our CBD Balm for the first time, you may be wondering, “how much should I try on my first go-around?”. This page will give you insights on our recommended use of the product for the first time. And how you should find your ideal dosage.

This page is only a rough guideline however, somewhere to get an idea of how much CBD you should be using. Everyone has different tolerances and preferences, and reacts to different types and amounts of CBD differently. We’re not saying these guidelines are for everyone. But we’ll give you an idea of what has worked for other people!

We’ve gained feedback from thousands of clients, and they all have different dosages they use for desired effects. Everyone reacts differently to different amounts of CBD topicals.

Although topical CBD application has one of the lowest absorption rates, and CBD is considered to be one of the safest ingredients, you should still start out with relatively low dosages since you’ve never tried it before.

Here’s a Recommended Daily Plan you can follow to find the right dosage from our CBD Balm:

Note: This is just a rough guide and we’re not saying this plan will work for everyone. We recommend getting advice from your doctor in order to find your ideal dosage.

On the first use we recommend massaging around 25 mg of CBD into the problematic area topically.

Once you get a feel for how much that was, if it wasn’t enough for desired effects, move up to 35 mg and 50 mg of CBD the next day, apply topically.

If that was too much, move back down 10 mg. Keep dialing it in until you find the sweet spot.

If you’re still not reaching desired effects after a few days, move up to 50 to 75 mg and try that out for a few days.

Continue this process until you find your ideal dosage with our CBD Balm. But most importantly, enjoy!

We want our customers to feel safe and comfortable using our products. Which is why we recommend slowly moving up. Even if you just start out with a little and the next day add on a tad more. See how it affects you if the original dose didn’t get you where you want it to.

Test, adjust, and try again the next day until you find your sweet spot! There’s no rush to get your ideal dosage locked in place.
